The City is requiring that a Vendor Registration Form be completed for all current and potential vendors.  This form will be used to compile a vendor database for record retention and for notifications of future bid opportunities.

New regulations went into effect with the start of 2010 that impacts business transactions with public government entities.  One of these is the implementation of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA) and the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act OCGA 13-10-90 (SB 529), or the E-Verify program.  The State of Georgia, with SB 529, has mandated that all government agencies participate in this program.  Compliance with this new regulation will require that all vendors providing services or the possibility of providing services to the City of Dahlonega complete the Vendor/Contractor and Sub-contractor affidavits for permanent record.  Contractors are responsible for obtaining Subcontractor affidavits, please do not submit these to the City of Dahlonega.  A sample is provided for your convenience.    The affidavits require a ‘fresh ink’ signature and notarization therefore, the City will not be able to accept faxed or emailed affidavits.  Please download and complete the Affidavit & Agreement, after completing, please return them to the address below.
